Antique WA Pickard Hand Painted Artist Signed Vase

Item Details

A WA Pickard hand painted artist signed vase. The vase has the ‘Aura Argenta Linear’ pattern which features a floral/berry design in gold and platinum on an ivory colored background. The vase has handles at the mouth to the shoulder. The lower part of the vase has straigt line panels in gold and platinum with the artists signature, A. Richter, at the circumference. The underside is marked ‘Handpainted China WA Pickard’ on a gold leaf, along with ‘Noritake Nippon’ in blue. Dates to the first quarter of the 20th century.

Condition

- to fair; wear to the platinum and gold.
