A power-loomed Peshawar Style carved wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a muted palette of ivory, sand, rust, slate, and wine. The ivory field features a central floral medallion with a sculpted all-over herati pattern. Framing the field is a stylized herati patterned border along with geometric patterned guard borders. Finishing the rug are serged edges, and an applied fringe to the ends. Labeled.
