An early 20th century photogravure print on paper titled The First Church of Christ Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts and the Publishing House of the Christian Science Publishing Society. The piece depicts the historic Boston structure in a palette of brown against tan. It is titled in plate to the lower center, with a publishing notation of ‘Littig Co. N.Y.’ in plate to the lower left. The print is presented under glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration, edge wear and water damage to paper; tears to paper, especially along left and bottom edges; scuffing, accretion and edge wear to frame.
