An Indian-inspired gouache and ink illustration on paper by an anonymous artist. The piece depicts two stylized figures in colorful clothing riding atop an elephant in ceremonial attire and set against a festive background rendered in hues of pink, orange, yellow, red and blue. The work is unsigned, matted in white and presented under glass in wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso.
