The underside is labelled ‘Venom, TM & © 2005 Marvel Characters, Inc… Sculpted by the Kucharek Brothers and Randy Bowen, This Bowen Designs Statue is Produced Under License by Marvel Characters, Inc., Made in China,’ and is numbered 1980 of 2000. The figure comes in its original box.
