Item Details
A pair of gouache paintings on papyrus with ancient Egyptian motifs. Included is a depiction of a woman giving birth with two midwives. Some common ancient Egyptian iconography is present to the upper portion of the composition. Also included is a depiction of a shelves with various objects. Both works are unmarked by the artist and are presented behind glass in black mat and in gold tone frames.
Condition
- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wear to frame finishes; wrinkling.
