Louis XV Style Leather and Wood Dining Chair Set

Item Details

A set of eight Louis XV style dining chairs. The dark stained wooden frames have a double arched crest rail over a straight back. The back and seat are padded and upholstered in tan leather, with brass nailhead trim. They have scalloped aprons and cabriole legs on whorl feet. Two of the chairs have outward flared armrests.

Condition

wear consistent with age, and use: slight scratches and marks on leather.

Measured as a grouping:
- 6 with no arm, each is 23.5 × 43.25 × 21.5
- 2 with arm, each is 27 × 43.25 × 23.5

All chairs were custom made by owner, Sheri Cardella, and each is unique in finish
