Semi-Antique Hand-Knotted Malayer Area Rug
Item Details
A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Malayer area rug. The rug features a central medallion in brown, light blue and pink with tan pendants on a red ground filled with an array of floral decorations. It has navy blue spandrels and is framed with a three part compound border with a cream colored primary band flanked with light blue bands, all decorated with floral vines. It is finished with a very short cotton warp fringe and is unsigned.
