A lithograph on paper published by Harper’s Weekly October 22, 1892 featuring a print after the original drawing titled The New York Columbian Celebration- The Naval Review. by Victor Perard (French, 1870-1957), executed in 1892. The work depicts a panoramic view of New York in 1892 with the significant water traffic in the harbor. To the lower margin are several inscriptions including the titled and Harper & Brother copyright. The work remains unmounted and unframed.

- significant crease lines from folding; tearing present to the crease lines; discoloration present throughout; minor hole to the lower center; rips and tears present throughout.
