Greek Needlepoint of Fish

A Greek needlepoint piece. This hand-made work depicts two large fish with their tails intertwined in a white ground with an interlocking minor border and primary border of curling waves. It has a lining to the verso with a tag from the National Welfare Organization Athens.

Condition

- some discoloration; lining has pulled away from edge in upper center of verso.
