Vintage Barbour Silver Co. Silver Plate Basket

Item Details

A vintage silver plate basket by Barbour Silver Co. (established 1892, Hartford, CT). The basket has a slender shape and features a figural scene around the body with a repoussé scroll and pierced ruffled rim and a grape and leaf design the the handle. The basket rests on a base ornamented with a light repoussé scroll motif. The underside is stamped with the Barbour Silver Co. maker’s mark along with the number 3716.
