A sterling silver serving spoon by Gorham. This is in the Persian pattern, first introduced in 1870, which features a pointed bowl with engraved decoration, a thin stem, and an ovate handle with scrolled detailing. The handle has a personalized engraving of ‘Alice’ to the front. The back is stamped with the three Gorham hallmarks of a lion, an anchor, and a Gothic ‘G’ alongside ‘Sterling Pat. Appl. For’.
