Vintage General Motors Motivational and Safety Posters from the 1960s

A set of two early 1960s vintage General Motors motivational and safety posters, once displayed at the GM plant in LaGrange, Illinois. Each includes colorful offset lithograph imagery and text, with a suggested display date and notation of ‘Printed in the U.S.A.’ printed in plate to the lower right margin. Posters include Rule #1 for Good Housekeeping: Everything in its Place, with a suggested display date of April 24, 1961, and Customers Want Reliability, with a suggested display date of October 28, 1963. Each is presented unframed, wrapped in protective plastic against a cardboard backing.

Condition

- minor edge wear with pinholes present to corners; very slight discoloration from age; posters are protected in plastic sleeves.
