An oil painting on canvas titled Sagaponack Sunflowers by Louise Scott (Pennsylvania, 1911-2003). Yellow sunflowers appear upon a ground of muted grey tones with a band of yellow color to middle horizontal. Signed to the lower right, ‘Louise Scott.’ Titled to the verso with a small inscription. Presented with a wood box frame.

Scott was a member of the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh. She studied with bronze sculptor Henry Moore (English, 1898-1986) and works in both marble and wood sculpture as well as painting.
