Antique Chinese Canton Blue and White Porcelain Plates, Circa 1850-1890
Item Details
A collection of antique Chinese Canton blue and white porcelain plates. This collection, circa 1850-90, includes five large plates and sixteen small plates. Each plate features a hand-painted blue motif depicting pagodas against a foliate landscape. The design on the larger plates is slightly different with stylized scrolls. There are no maker’s marks as was typical for wares of this type during this period.

- surface wear including residue, marks, scratches, and small chips.
