A Royal Doulton Biddy Pennyfarthing figurine. This porcelain figurine, in issue from 1938-2009, and designed by Leslie Harradine, depicts a smiling elderly woman carrying flowers and balloons. She is wearing a lavender shirt with a burgundy bow, a lavender hat, a white skirt, black shoes and a dark grey shawl with a lavender fringed trim. The piece is marked to the base ‘Made in England – Royal Doulton – England – Biddy Pennyfarthing – H.N. 1843’.
