A vintage silver tone Whiting & Davis metal mesh clutch. The piece features a silver tone metal frame with chain strap and rhinestone clasp. It is lined in cream tone fabric and is marked Julius Garfinckel & Co. Washington, D.C. in gold to the fabric and emboss marked Whiting & Davis Mesh Bags, Made in U.S.A. to the interior of the frame.
