Adrian Wong Shue Artist's Proof Etching on Paper "Early Serpent"

A dry point etching on paper titled Early Serpent by listed artist Adrian Wong Shue (born 1952). This piece depicts a reclining nude woman playing a large, curved horn and surrounded by a serpentine form with a humanoid face. It is marked to the lower left as artist’s proof number 5 in an edition of 5, titled to the lower center, and signed in graphite to the lower right. A certificate of authenticity is affixed to the verso and provides information on the print. This piece is presented behind a mat and acrylic glass in a wood frame that is wired to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- some dirt and stains in the cloth mat; acrylic glass has scuff marks throughout; nicks and scratches around the frame.
