Two Antoinette Vardamis Watercolors "Down the Slopes" and "September Harvest"

A set of two Folk Art inspired watercolor paintings on paper by New Canaan, Connecticut artist Antoinette Vardamis. Featured is Down the Slopes depicting figures skiing past a red barn against a snow-covered mountain landscape. Also featured is September Harvest depicting an autumn landscape with a group of figures gathering apples and pumpkins from a quaint farm setting. The works are each signed ‘Vardamis’ in black paint to the lower right. They are double-matted and presented under plastic glazing in wooden frames fitted with hanging wire to the verso. The frame backings each include a card with artist and title information.
Condition
- to Fair; slight discoloration to paper and matting; minor wear, residue and scratching to frames and glazing.
