A vintage Underwood No. 5 typewriter. The typewriter has a black painted steel body, with nickel plated parts. The round keys are black with white numbers and letters. The top back is marked “Underwood” and the base of the typewriter is marked “Underwood Standard Typewriter No. 5”. The back of the typewriter is printed with a list of patent dates and reads “Manufactured by Underwood Typewriter Co., Inc., U.S.A.”
