Item Details

A set of ten Louis XIV style dining chairs from The Biltmore Estate’s Chateau Collection. The set includes two armchairs and eight sides. Each chair features shaped, fluted crest rails, with a carved shells, t joining the stiles that bend again and meet with another carved flourish. The backs and seats are upholstered in light brown faux leather with a nailhead trim. The chairs rise on turned front legs and curved back legs connected by scrolled stretchers. The legs are joined by fluted aprons. The two armchairs feature curved and scrolled arms with embossed bellflowers. The chairs are from the Biltmore Estate’s Chateau Collection. Matching pieces listed under 17NAS139-004 and 17NAS139-006
