A wooden bowl with hand painted koi motif. This wide, wooden bowl has a colorful scene of two koi fish swimming together on the interior, with the bubbles and seaweed echoed on the black exterior; the exterior also has an image of two fish with tails entwined on a yellow-orange circle. Around the flat rim, Percy Bysshe Shelley’s ’Love’s Philosophy’ is hand written in black. To the inside is a black, white, and red symbol, and to the exterior is a signature and 1997 date; the signature is mostly illegible.
