A French Provincial bombé chest of drawers having a rectangular walnut top with canted corners and routed edges over an ivory painted bombé case embellished with floral and scrolled motifs and fitted with cast foliate handles and knobs. The case has two aligned top drawers over two stacked, width-wide drawers, one convexed and one concave. The chest rises on braceket legs joined by a decorative scalloped apron.
