An antique oil painting on canvas of a group of an English genre scene. This composition features a view of hunters on horseback, appearing to be stalking a wild horse which has found its way into a wooded area of land. To the foreground of the piece, a pair of men can be seen rowing a boat for a courting couple. This piece has no visible signature and is mounted in a gold tone wood and gesso frame that is wired for hanging.
