A Lemonge France Design cobalt blue bowl with a scalloped and pierced rim. The bowl features a central round cartouche to the center with a decal of a romantic couple set against a classical scene. The bowl is accented with gold-tone decals to the interior and underside of the bowl which is marked to the underside ‘Lemonge France Design’
