An oil painting on masonite abstract composition by Edwin Zoller (Pittsburgh, 1900-1967), executed in the mid 1960s. Tones of grey emerge in lightly defined planes of varies shades and thin black lines. The work remains unmounted and unframed.

Edwin W. Zoller studied art at the University of Pittsburgh, the Pennsylvania State University and Carnegie Institute. He taught painting at the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). The Pennsylvania State Art Gallery is named in his honor.
