An oil painting on cardboard titled Cowboy by Turtle Creek artist Carlo Di Paolo, executed September 9, 1955. Depicted is a young cowboy with a grey hat and bull figural bolo tie influenced by WPA works and the American Regionalist. Signed to the top left and inscribed to the verso.

- cardboard is deteriorating throughout and especially to the lower left; some paint loss; cardboard is flimsy.
