Early Royal Copenhagen Dachshund Figurine

An early circa 1920 Royal Copenhagen porcelain glazed Dachshund figurine. The sitting puppy is finished in a warm light brown and black glaze, blue eyes, and pink tongue. The base bears the model #856, the Royal Copenhagen backstamp, and artist marks. Additional writing appears to base as well.
