Arne Bang Danish Vintage Pottery and Stoneware Vase
Item Details
A selection of vintage handmade pottery. There is a stoneware vase with a back semi-matte finish. It has a bulbous base, wide shoulders, sharply tapered neck and slightly flared rim. The surface is decorated with raised rings and an abstract linear design has been incised along one side. Unmarked. The second piece is a ceramic jug by Arne Bang (Danish, 1901-1983). There is a raised design on the front above ‘C.L.O.C./Cacao’. It is marked with a hand-written monogram ‘AB’ on the underside.
