A limited edition commemorative sterling silver plate with 24K gold-plated accents from 1975 by The Franklin Mint. This piece features an gold-plated image to the well that depicts Ceasar Rodney arriving to the State House in Philadelphia, PA and the words along the lip read ‘The voice of my people at home is for independence’ and ‘Caesar Rooney’. It is marked to the underside and numbered ‘5224’. The plate is presented with a library case and a certificate of authenticity. The approximate weight including the gold-plated accents is 7.800 ozt.
