An original 1989 animation cel on acetate, mounted to a paper backing, from the animated series titled The Adventures of Raggedy Ann and Andy presented by CBS Entertainment and The Michael Bandy Company. The cel originates as scene 127/R20 from episode 13, titled ‘The Magic Wings of Adventure’ and depicts Andy walking through a hall filled with ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. The piece is matted in blue with a small label to the front reading ‘The Adventures of Raggedy Ann and Andy, Original Cell, CBS Inc’. It is presented under acrylic glass in a black wooden frame with a sawtooth hanger mounted to the verso; the item includes a certificate of authenticity from CBS Entertainment and GRS & Associates with information about the piece.
