A pair of commemorative medals celebrating the collaborative space flight programs of the US/USSR and US/Russia. The collection includes a medal commemorating the first collaborative space flight effort between the US and USSR, Apollo-Soyuz in 1975, and a medal commemorating the Mir-Shuttle program dated 1995, the year that the first American space shuttle arrived on the Russian Mir space station. They are mounted on paper and stored in original plastic.
