Steiner Freres Needlepoint Works
Item Details
A group of needlepoint works. The four works in this group are made from Steiner Freres designs, three of which have been completed, while one is partly rendered. One depicts a small boy and girl in eighteenth or nineteenth century clothing; two an depict an elderly man smoking a pipe in clothing from medieval and modern ages; the last, which is partly completed, depicts a young woman at a spinning wheel. The pieces are unblocked and unframed.
