An offset lithograph on paper titled Cottage Children after English painter Thomas Gainsborough (1727 – 1788). This print depicts three children in tattered clothing, standing in a landscape against a dark sky. The work is marked ‘Copyright Morris & Bendien New York’ in plate to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wood frame, with hanging wire affixed to the verso.

Condition

- minor edge wear to frame; some toning to image; slightly dusty; tape to backing paper, with some tearing.
