1950-1960s Coca-Cola Metal Carrying Cooler
Item Details
A 1950s-1960s Coca-Cola metal carrying insulated cooler. This vintage cooler presents the ‘fishtail’ Coca-Cola logo which was used in the late 1950s to early 1960s. Retaining its bold red colors with red trim, the cooler contains its original lid with metal side handles. On one side, a drain spot is affixed to its body with protruding metal bottle opener. The Coca-Cola logo reads ‘Enjoy Coca-Cola For That Refreshing New Feeling’ inside the fishtail logo, depicted on each front. The copyright trademark stamping is also portrayed. On one side, there is raised lettering that reads ’Progress Refrigerator Company, Louisville Kentucky. The inside galvanized unit is clean.
Condition
The colors are bold and vivid, exhibiting mild wear. The bottom half of the body was done in a ribbed design. The metal handles are still attached with pale yellow rubberized hand supports. The original metal lid still retains its shiny chrome handle. Not tested to see if it is still functional.

The measurements reflect the size of the cooler.
