A circa 1980s watercolor painting on paper by artist Vivienne Lee. The piece depicts a tranquil Chinese village landscape scene with a boat embarking from a series of waterfront homes surrounded by lush trees and greenery. The work is signed in white paint to the center right. It is double-matted in off-white and presented without glass in a metal frame with hanging wire to the verso. The frame backing includes a sheet with artist information.

- to Fair; print is misaligned inside frame; discoloration to paper, matting and verso; surface wear and scuffing to frame; glass has been removed.
