A handmade and hand-decorated figurine by Royal Doulton. The Old Balloon Sellerfigurine depicts an old woman sitting and selling an assortment of balloons. The piece was designed by L Harradine of Royal Doulton, England, and was produced from 1989 to 1991. The official Royal Doulton stamp, model number, initials of the decorator, and copyright information are on the bottom of the figurine.
