Danish Sterling Arts and Crafts "Blossom" Hollowware and Lunt Revere Style Bowl
Item Details
An assortment of sterling silver servingware. This includes an Arts and Crafts creamer, sugar bowl, and waste bowl by an unidentified silversmith after the 1905 Blossom pattern by the ‘father of Scandinavian Silver’ Georg Jensen (Danish, 1866-1935). They feature globular bodies that rise on short flaring toad’s feet, magnolia blossom finials, and the delicate hand hammered pitting popularized during the Arts and Crafts movement. Please see lot 17BAL146-005, for the coordinating teapot and coffee pot. These are presented alongside a footed bowl in the Paul Revere style by Lunt Silversmiths with a personalized engraving to the exterior that reads ‘S.V.K.A. 1960 Best of Variety’. The total approximate weight is 30.945 ozt.
