A set of eight silver-plated spoons for the 1939 World’s Fair in New York by Wm Rogers Mfg. Co. of International Silver Co. Each piece features an Art Deco inspired handle with ‘1939’, ‘New York’, and ’World’s Fair’ on it. The bowls have different buildings on them, and the backs are marked ‘Wm Rogers Mfg. Co. IS’.
Condition
- mild surface wear including marks, scratches, and minimal tarnishing; moderate wear on bowl of one spoon.
