A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Mashhad area rug. This rug features a center medallion with vine and floral details to the center with a pendant to each end and palmette motifs, vine and floral details throughout the field. A colorful palette of navy, cream, orange, red, blue, and white dominates the rug. The guard border features a leaf design with a principal meandering vine border. The ends are finished with warp fringe to both ends. It is unmarked.
