A hand-knotted Persian Isfahan room size area rug. This area rug features a detailed central floral medallion in a color scheme of powder blue, charcoal blue, goldenrod, green and cream upon an elaborate floral patterned deep red field. The central pattern is highlighted by a sizable compound border of floral and arabesque vines in a coordinating palette. The rug is complete with short natural warp fringe to either end.
