Late Taisho/Early Showa Period Japanese Rinzu Silk Kimono

A late Tasiho to early Showa Period Japanese kimono in rinzu silk illustrated at the very deep hem to display a variety of Japanese flowers amid a meandering waterway. Boughs of maple leaves, orange blossoms and iris are depicted in a palette of golds, bittersweet orange and purple iris. The top portion of the kimono is black with the family crests (mons) at both the front and at the back at the neck and the hem is padded. The length of the kimono and the depth of the illustrated hem are noteworthy.
Condition
The kimono is in very good to good condition with the only issue being the black that is slightly faded from age.
