Salvador Dalí Limited Edition Hand-Colored Etching on Paper "La Femme à l’Escargot"

A signed limited edition hand-colored etching and engraving on Japon titled La Femme à l’Escargot (Woman with Snail) from Poèmes Secrets by Guillaume Apollinaire series by well-listed artist Salvador Dalí (Spain, 1904-1989), originally published in 1967 by Éditions Argillet, Paris. The piece is signed by the artist in graphite to the lower left corner. Numbered in graphite 24 out of a 145 edition to the lower left. A blind stamp of the artist’s signature is embossed to the lower right corner. An informational gallery label is adhered to the verso. The work is presented on black fabric matting with a gilt fillet, behind glass, housed in an ornate gilt frame.
