Item Details

A Mid Century Modern chest of drawers. This vintage chest of drawers is made by the American of Martinsville Company and features mixed hard wood construction throughout. The chest boasts a two-tone appearance with the body of the chest constructed of walnut with a dark lacquer finish and the drawers of maple with a light lacquer finish.The six medium-sized drawers on the slightly recessed top section have stylized circular burnished brass pulls while the four full-sized drawers below utilize sturdier bent pulls also in burnished brass. The dresser sits on rectangular feet, all the drawers are dovetailed and the American of Martinsville stamp is located on the inside left-hand side of the fourth drawer.
