A limited edition lithograph on paper by well-listed Ecuadorian artist Oswaldo Guayasamín (1919-1999). This piece depicts a woman pulling her child to her chest, both stylized figures gazing intensely out toward the viewer. The composition is rendered with sparse, intentional marks over a white ground. This work is numbered 148/175 and signed ‘Guayasamin’ in pencil toward its lower left corner, and is matted under glass in a silver tone metal frame.

Condition

- some very light discoloration to ground and mat; scratching and wear to frame.
