A Chest of drawers. This chest of drawers is of mixed hardwood construction throughout and comes with a rich cherry finish. The upper portion is bracketed by black and gold tone columns and the top has a small carved festoon pattern. Three medium sized drawers are housed in this upper section and the area is further highlighted by plain applied molding and burnished brass pulls. A fourth drawer begins the lower section and boasts an applied stylized water leaf design and beneath the drawer the chest features gadrooning on three sides. The remaining three drawers also possess applied molding and sit above a reeded skirt. The chest of drawers has short saber legs with applied bellflower molding, an all the drawers on the lower section have burnished brass ring pulls. All the drawers feature dovetail construction.
