Semi-Antique Hand Knotted Persian Kashan Area Rug

Item Details

A semi-antique hand knotted Persian Kashan area rug. It features a central pendant medallion in cream and taupe within a cream colored lozenge with taupe and cream spandrels. The medallion, ground and spandrels are all filled with floral arabesques in light blue, navy, olive green and red. It is framed with a compound border with a taupe floral primary band, with a cream floral border and three geometric bands. The rug is finished with a short natural warp fringe. it is unsigned.
