A watercolor painting on paper titled Building Garage by listed Ohio artist Robert Herrmann (1922-1996), created in 1980. The painting depicts an unfinished parking garage within a city setting. It is signed and dated to the lower right. Presented in white matting and wrapped in acetate.

Herrmann acquired his formal artistic and architectural training at the University of Cincinnati, University of Wisconsin, Ohio State University, University of Iowa, and Columbia University. While professionally trained, he chose to never exhibit his work publicly, making his first solo exhibit posthumous. - some wear around the edges of the mat; to the verso, some small indention to the mat.
