Item Details

A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Karaja Heriz runner. This wool rug features three medallions in navy with tan borders and red and cream highlights on a red background. There are also eight navy peacocks on the ground between the medallions. The rug has a primary border with a floral design on white with a geometric outer band, overcast edges, finishing in cotton ivory warp fringe at either end. It is unmarked.
