1940s-Era Mickey Mouse Card Game and Big Little Book

A vintage card game and a Big Little Book featuring Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse. Produced circa 1946 by the Russell Manufacturing Company as part of the Mickey Mouse Library of Games set, this diminutive card game features cards with color offset lithograph images of early Disney characters such as Minnie Mouse, the Three Little Pigs and Ferdinand the Bull, presented in a matchbox-style cardboard box with a color image of Mickey Mouse on the front. Also included is the black-and-white illustrated Better Little Book Mickey Mouse and the ’Lectro Box (#1413), published by the Whitman Publishing Company in 1946.

- to fair; extensive pencil markings to interior and exterior of book; edge and corner wear; bowing; discoloration and stains; tearing at edge of spine; edge wear to card game box; some minor creasing and wear to cards; card game not verified for completeness.
